Success

Success in anything is never easily achieved. It takes hard work, consistency and determination. For me success has always been an uphill battle as it happens to all of us when we do it alone. When I opened my company in 2016, I didn’t as a safety blanket in the case that I would fire my 9-5 pm boss or they would fail me. I never thought that would happen so of course I keep DuElite MPR as a safety. I am here to tell you that’s the worse thing I could have done.

I have over 15 years of Marketing, Advertising, Events, and Management experience and I never truly applied it to my company. Now fast forward to 2020 and the chaos it brought into all of our lives and that was my moment to get serious. I poured my self into my business and started reaching out to ever I knew. Then I realized what my limitation is in this biz.... I am not a salesperson. I then turned to my husband and we decided to collaborate together. That’s how I started seeing business come in. Now I had a sales person and someone I could trust.

I tell you you all this because success is hard. However, it doesn’t have to be. When you are doing something know that you’re not alone, you can find people you can trust in your industry that will genuinely help you. When you form a trusted group and put all that experience under one roof, that’s how you reach success.

Always ask for help, always hustle, stay consistent, and work harder than yesterday. This will be your success and you will do it, you will make it.
